Who We Are
Alcom is the direct successor of EXA srl, a leading, multiple patent holder company in the sector of projecting and realizing industrial equipments to carry out the production of assembled brakes – both pads and drum – and their complements in the automotive industry (truck/car/motorbike).
The equipments fit the most different production needs and can be realized with a fully automatised and robot assisted configuration.
Alcom is the representative in Italy of Sued West Chemie (Neu Ulm, Germany) industrial brake adhesives producer.
Exa before, and Alcom today customers are brake global producers operating in a wide range of Countries, from China to US, from Europe to Brasil, from Turkey to South Africa.
The equipment for drum brake bonding are
Fully automatised production
Large equipments to apply assembling load on brake shoes and linings and grind the whole production. Integration with 6 axes robots for the largest productive volumes. The process is fully informatically managed; camera-led optical recognition of unfit loaded items.
Partially automatised production
Traditional production
for more limited productive volumes.
